At Is The Last Pixel (accessible from https://isthelastpixel.com), the privacy of our visitors is one of our main priorities. This Privacy Policy document details the types of information that is collected and recorded by Is The Last Pixel and how we use it.

If you have additional questions or require more information about our Privacy Policy, do not hesitate to contact us.

1. Collection of Personal Information (We do not collect data)

Our philosophy is absolute respect for your privacy. Is The Last Pixel does not ask for, collect, or store personally identifiable information (PII) from its users.

  • We do not have a user registration system.
  • We do not have subscription forms, customer databases, or native comment sections that require your data.
  • All our editorial content is served statically. Although we use cloud technologies (such as Firebase) to manage our articles internally, this connection occurs exclusively during site generation. No visitor data is sent to or stored in our databases.

2. Privacy in our "Tools" (Client-Side Processing)

Is The Last Pixel offers web-based interactive tools.

We want to assure our users that all these tools run 100% on the client side (in your own browser).

  • Any image, file, or data that you upload to these tools is never sent to our servers.
  • The processing is performed locally on your device.
  • Upon closing the tool's tab, all processed information disappears without a trace from our infrastructure.

3. Log Files and Infrastructure

Is The Last Pixel follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. This is a part of hosting services' analytics (our site is hosted on Cloudflare's global network). The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks.

These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website (for security reasons and attack prevention), and gathering broad demographic information.

4. Google AdSense and Advertising Cookies (Important)

To keep this website free of charge, we use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our site.

  • Google uses advertising cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) that enable it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their previous visits to Is The Last Pixel and other sites on the Internet.
  • Google's use of information: The use of advertising cookies enables the delivery of personalized ads based on user interests.
  • Opt-out: Users may opt out of personalized advertising. To do so, you can visit the Google Ads Settings. Alternatively, you can opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info.

5. Third-Party Providers

We may include links to third-party websites or use external services on our site to improve your experience. Please note that these third-party sites have their own separate and independent privacy policies and terms of service. Therefore, we have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites.

6. Privacy Rights (GDPR and CCPA)

Given that our website has a global reach, we recognize the rights granted by regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in Europe and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Because we do not collect personal data, we do not store information about you that we can rectify, port, or delete. Your interaction with our site is anonymous from our perspective.

However, to manage or delete the information that third-party networks (such as Google AdSense) may hold about you due to cookies, we recommend clearing your cookies and cache data directly from your web browser settings.

7. Consent

By using our website, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.
